3. Orders & Cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once we start making your magnets, all sales are final.

Shopify’s payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved cancellation.

By placing an order, you confirm the photos you upload are yours to use and do not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are applied at checkout.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review your case and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.
