1. How long does it take to process my order?
Every set of magnets is made just for you. We usually need 1–2 business days to prepare your order before it’s on its way.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each order is personalized, cancellations or changes can only be made before production begins. If you spot a mistake, please reach out to us right away — we’ll always do our best to help.
3. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since your magnets are custom-made, we’re not able to accept returns or refunds once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days (with photos), and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
4. How long does shipping take?
Most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its journey home.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Canada only — but we hope to expand in the future.
