Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most orders within Canada are delivered in 3–9 business days once shipped. Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays & Responsibility

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Magnetika Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your request, and if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are only refundable if your order is canceled before production begins. Once production has started, both the order and shipping costs are non-refundable.
