Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made using your photos, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order (such as uploading the wrong photo or entering the wrong shipping address), please contact us immediately after purchase. We’ll do our best to help if production has not yet begun. Please note that Shopify’s payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review your case and replace the item at no additional cost.
